Gong for health and hapiness! Finally we can meet again after a long period of social distancing. We are so happy to come together to connect and celebrate that we are healthy and have more freedom. A weekend to explore and enjoy the healing vibrations of the magical gong. Central in this weekend is an All Night Gong Puja ceremony in the night of August 22th.

An all night Gong Puja

In Buddhism, Puja (Sanskrit & Pali: pūjā) are expressions of “honor and devotional attention.” A Gong Puja is honoring & allowing space for our being’s ability to heal – physically, emotionally & spiritually. It is the truest form of honoring thyself!

The gongs are played gently throughout the night into early morning while guests sleep bathed in the healing vibrations. Immersed in the sound of the gong and in the subtle ethers of the sound bath, we repair and rejuvenate as the cosmic ocean of vibrations wash over us; cleansing, unblocking and freeing us. The functional harmony created by the gong tones bring about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur. During the Puja, we meditate – or we sleep – a sleep like no other; where we are awake in a dream.

Swiss mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto, who calculated the planetary frequencies used in the planetary gongs today, stated that it took 45 minutes to complete a full sound journey. Yogi Bhajan believed that the gong was the most powerful tool for healing, and that this 45-minute gong session would clear any immediate blocks. He stated that 10 consecutive gong healings would clear most blocks so that the soul could then heal itself, relieving the body of human suffering to deliver us to our hearts. Living within the heart, we can more easily thrive in our natural state of joy and belonging and carry that vibration out into the world inspire those around us to do the same.

In the year 2000, Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux developed and held his first official Overnight Gong Puja to deliver these 10 consecutive gong baths in one grand night of healing as participants slept, allowing the mind to float in a state of cosmic consciousness while the body rested on this plane in the most optimum state for healing – Deep sleep.

The Gong Puja experience lasts about 7 ½ hours which is the equivalent of 10 x 45-minute Gong Baths. It’s a journey that’s timeless, in a time which is often measured in nano seconds, and as we journey with the vibration of the gong, we leave this dimension behind and move effortlessly into the 4th dimension. The Gong Puja promotes a deep sense of peace and well-being, strengthening of the nervous system, balancing of the chakras and increased energy and vitality.
